Reno staff toured multiple sites today to assess field conditions to determine if they will be ready for the scheduled opening on Wednesday. Unfortunately, fields are too heavily saturated at this time to allow use. Many sites in the northwest and north valleys still have snow cover, all fields have many areas of standing water, plus cold nighttime temperatures prevent fields from drying out during the daylight hours.

THEREFORE FIELDS WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
